Epic Games Cancels Gears of War Kinect Game
Cliff Bleszinski has confirmed to Gamespot that Epic Games was working on some sort of Kinect title called Gears of War: Exile but that the project has been canceled.
Bleszinski declined to share details about the game or disclose a reason for its cancellation. However, given Epic’s history with “shooters on rails” (ex: Bulletstorm), it’s probably best.
Double Dragon Returns
Developer WayForward, best known for their Nintendo Wii reboot of A Boy and His Blob, is reviving the classic brawler Double Dragon with Double Dragon: Neon. The game will be released via Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network this summer. They also plan to have a playable demo on display at PAX East this weekend!

Microsoft Releasing Chrome Series Xbox 360 Controllers
I’m not usually one to get excited when one of the “big three” console manufacturers puts out a completely unnecessary aftermarket peripheral but these new chrome wireless controllers for the Xbox 360 look damn sexy – and they feature the transforming d-pad. Microsoft plans to release them sometime around the middle of next month for $54.99 apiece.
What is a Witcher
As the release of the Xbox 360 port of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings draws near, the CDProjekt team has really ramped up promotion of the game. They released this animation the other day to shed some light on the history behind the Witchers.
